What is a Wellness Coach?
​A wellness coach helps clients achieve their personal health and wellness goals. They provide transformational tools, guidance, support, and accountability in every aspect of wellness - from fitness and nutrition to stress management, time management,  and lifestyle change. ​Think of it as life coaching with an emphasis on health, fitness, and self-care!

Why did I become a wellness coach?  
Easy - I love helping women get what they really want and lead more fulfilling lives. I love creating goals, strategies, cheering you on, and supporting you through every step of the journey. I want to help women make lasting and important changes to improve their overall well-being and find more joy in their lives. ​

Personal Training

What is a Personal Trainer?

​An instructor, coach, cheerleader, mentor, and accountability partner. ​Strength, mobility, nutrition, endurance, energy...all of that can be improved with the right plan!


Why did I become a personal trainer?

​Because I LOVE movement, strength, fun, adventure,

challenges, and feeling good - and I want to help other women have more of that in their lives!​ Will you love it as much as I do? Maybe yes, maybe no. Can you learn to do it anyway? YES!

Every woman is unique - let me design a personalized program for YOU!


Personal training is provided online or in-person in your home (North Dallas and Collin County only). $80 per one hour session, includes unlimited text and email support outside of training sessions. ​Contact me to find out about online training or if in-person training is available in your area!
